ABOUT US
Our farm started in 2001. I met James, a retired Kentucky State K9 Officer who is also a Kentucky Colonel. God brought us together and I have been blessed since. We moved back to his home state in 2003. Four months later we were married. In 2008, we officially made the farm we leased our own. Both our plans for owning our own farm was finally realized. Lots of hard work and our Faith in God made it possible. Last year we made a decision to breed straight egyptians, well I made the decision and James supported me.
I had always loved the mare Serenity Sonbolah as a child. I used to get Arabian Horse World magazines and like every other girl, poured over each one. Serenity Sonbolah was my ideal of an arabian. Never did I ever dream of owning such a mare let alone a descendant of hers. After many emails to the owner of MCF Nicole, over a year's time, I was able to actually acquire MCF Nicole. She was a leap of faith. I only was able to view a couple of pics and bits and pieces of a video. What I saw on that video took my breath away. When the decision by her owner was made, she was able to come home to her LAST home. She will be here for the rest of her days. Every day I go out and see this beautiful mare I thank Ellen Schnakenburg for trusting me with her.
This year was the first year that MCF Nicole has accepted her own foal.
I knew she could do it. We took the last year to really get to know each other and
she has developed a bond with me. I am HER human. She has given us 2 wonderful foals to date. She is in foal for 2009 again to KF Maar Amir. Next year she will be bred to Ezekiel QPF for what I expect to be an exotic foal. I am looking forward to many years with her, God willing.
